Cancellations receive full refund, excluding a 10% administrative fee, if 7 or more days in advance of the first night reserved.

When less than seven days remain, we will try to rent the room to someone else and if we do we'll refund you the money excluding a 10% administrative fee.

By paying you confirm that all information is correct, that you're aware of the cancellation policy and that you agree to release the motel from liabilities involving but not limited to accidents, injuries and losses arising from your stay here,

​Pets are negotiable with an additional fee of $25 per stay, per pet (maximum of 2 pets per room).

Please make sure your pets keep quiet and do not leave them unattended in rooms.

Please place your pet on a leash or in a carrier when outside the room.
MERRY & CAMPBELL
We're Zulilah and Fraser and in 2015 we made the kind of crazy move to buy a little retro roadside motel in Midcoast Maine. Zulilah is a film maker from the Netherlands and Fraser is a photographer who grew up in England and moved to Southern Maine when he was 12. In 2018 our son Lorne was born and in 2022 we welcomed our daughter Ella. We are a true motelier family.

It is our love for the area that brought us to Northport, Maine. The magical trifecta of ocean, mountains and lakes is good for the soul and we love sharing our favorite places with our guests.

When we bought the motel we took on the care of the buildings and the land it sits on. Creating a space that is friendly, clean and affordable. We love growing our own food and try to be mindful of the plants, woods and creatures that surround us.
